Our Story
A Trust Built Around People and Families
Khums Trust is a nonprofit charitable organization established in 2006 with a mission to support individuals and families facing financial hardship while creating long-term solutions that strengthen communities.
Our journey began by providing emergency financial assistance for essentials such as food, housing, education, healthcare, and daily living expenses. As community needs evolved, so did our mission.
Today we focus on three key areas: supporting children with special needs and their families (Care by Khums Trust), delivering medical outreach and healthcare guidance (Medicspoint), and providing financial assistance to vulnerable families and charitable causes (Aid and Alms).
By combining compassion with sustainable solutions, we strive to create opportunities, restore dignity, and improve lives.

A small group of neighbors begins pooling funds to help local families cover rent, groceries, education, and medical bills.

Ad-hoc giving becomes a structured program with need-based screening carried out by volunteers and affiliates.
